Return Policy


If the product has been purchased, but not yet shipped:

  • 10% processing fee will be discounted off the cost of the purchase.
For all Gi Fly orders:

  • There are no returns after 14 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free of dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in its original packaging.
  • The box must be sealed and unopened.
  • Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer pays shipping both ways.
Accessory/replacement part orders:

  • No returns after 30 days of receiving the parts.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free offrom dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in its original the same packaging. and condition that you received it
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer pays shipping both ways.
Used Items

  • No returns, except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction
Non-returnable items:

  • All merch (clothing, hats, etc)
  • Batteries
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Gifted orders

Written approval return from Gi Fly Bike’s customer service team is essential prior to executing a return . If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Gi FlyBike, then no refund will be issued. The customer may end up sacrificing the product to this extent. Only when the customer’s request has been approved by Gi Fly Bike’s customer service team will the customer be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

  2. Please give us heads up after you send your return by emailing contact@giflybike.com If possible, please provide a tracking number.
  3. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from Gi Fly Bikes customer service team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
